1. Using our games
When you download a game from the App Store, your use is covered by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Google Play, Google Play's terms apply. These terms add to those, and cover berryroute.com too.
2. Purchases
In-app purchases are sold through the App Store or Google Play and are linked to that account. Refunds are handled by the store. Use Restore Purchases in each game's Settings to get your items back on a new device.
3. Fair play
Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify our games or their art, or use cheats that break them for others.
4. Our stuff
The games, characters, names and art belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. "Berry Route" is our studio name and trademark [IF REGISTERED].
5. No guarantees
We work hard to keep the games running smoothly, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using them.
